It is a 1.6 litre ordinary looking Proton Waja Brabus Jawa from the land of Indonesia.
The owner must have had all the free time to pull out the "WAJA" emblem, split it into two, reverse the order and glue it back. Then he got himself an Indonesian car.

A worse case I've seen was on a Proton Saga car. The Proton emblem was removed and replaced with a Honda one. -.-"
