Just after Chinese New Year holidays, the parking outside my office lot...
The whole stretch in the middle was blocked by cars. The cars on the proper parking lot had no way to come out already, including my car.
These guys, knowing parking was full, cannot even afford to pay RM2.00 to park on the opposite temple (not shown on photo).

i hate those ppl who simply park their cars and block the road or blocking other cars. If they don't pull their handbrakes it's still okie. But some moron simply park behind others car and yet pull up the handbrake.
